The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy, Coastal Zone Act (CZA) Program has received a request for status decision (Project CZA-446SD) from Atlantic Concrete Company, Inc. (“Atlantic Concrete”) on March 10, 2025. The applicant is seeking a status decision on whether a CZA permit is required to conduct residual management activities and the handling of waste and byproducts on a 5-acre parcel adjacent to 16762 Old Orchard Rd., Lewes, Sussex County, DE.
